Who are we?
Here at Margaret Lewis Busschau Inc – formerly Margaret Lewis Inc (our name changed in Nov 2021) – we embrace traditional values. Open and transparent communication, integrity, loyalty and good old fashioned human contact are the cornerstones of our ethos.

A notary public is a legal practitioner trained in the drafting and execution of legal documents, and may be described as an officer of the law whose public office and duty it is to draw, attest or certify under his/her official seal, certain documents.
As such, Margaret Lewis Busschau Inc is able to provide the following duties and functions:
- Draw, attest or certify testamentary documents, documents relating to real and personal rights in property and powers of attorney

DIRECTOR
TRACY LEIGH BUSSCHAU
In 2005 Tracy completed a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Law and International Relations at the University of the Witwatersrand. In 2007 she completed a Bachelor of Laws degree at the same university. She was inducted into the Golden Key Society and registered on the Dean’s List. She was admitted as an Attorney and Notary in 2010 and as a Conveyancer in 2012.
She joined the firm in April 2014 and specialises in general conveyancing, residential developments, and notarial practice.

MARGARET ANNE LEWIS LEWIS
Margaret grew up in Zimbabwe and studied a B.Proc degree at Natal University, Durban. She is a practicing attorney and conveyancer with over 40 years’ experience. She specialises in property law and her practice has focused exclusively on conveyancing matters since its inception in 1992. She now consults to the firm.
